Court upholds claim of oligarch MPs
"Haykakan Zhamanak" daily has been fined for defaming parliamentarians Ruben Hayrapetyan, Samvel Akexanyan and Levon Sargsyan.
Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts today partially upheld the claim of the parliamentarians and ruled that the newspaper must pay AMD 2 044 000 to each of them.
"Haykakan Zhamanak" is going to appeal the verdict.
