“Armenia wasn’t a target”
Touching upon the report on the fulfillment of verdicts announced by the European Court of Human Rights, Head of the Armenian delegation to the PACE David Harutyunyan said Armenia was not on the list of countries not fulfilling the verdict.
"Aravot" recalled that it was even stated that the verdict "Mesrop Movsesyan against Armenia" was not fulfilled, to which David Harutyunyan said: "Yes, Armenia was on the list, but it wasn't a target."
