Artsakh Republic hosts working consultation
On January 31, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation with the participation of the supreme command staff of the Defense Army.
Issues related to army building were discussed during the consultation, reports the Central Information Department of the Arsakh President.
