Minister Nalbandian receives CoE Commissioner for Human Rights
Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received Friday a delegation headed by Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights.
The interlocutors attached importance to the expanding cooperation between Armenia and the Council of Europe and the reforms implemented within that framework.
At the request of the CoE official, Minister Edward Nalbandian briefed Hammarberg on recent developments in Karabakh conflict settlement.
The interlocutors referred to other regional issues as well.
