RLPA has yet to announce the party to join
The Ramkavar Liberal Party of Armenia elected Edward Antinyan as its new chairperson during the party's 19th congress today.
The party's former chairperson Harutyun Arakelyan gave clarifications for the new chairperson's election. Harutyun Arakelyan also presented the reasons for his resignation and indicated that he took the step with the conviction that the party needs to divide labor before the upcoming elections. Arakelyan denied rumors about him being under pressure and said he is resigning at ease. In the end, Harutyun Arakelyan nominated Edward Antinyan.
After his election, Antinyan pledged to put in all his efforts for the party's development. As for the upcoming elections, Antinyan said the sole objective of the Ramkavar Liberal Party of Armenia is to come to power.
