Siranush Andreasyan is the champion
International chess master Siranush Andreasyan won the 2011 Armenian women's chess cup after tying the match with Lia Martirosyan in the 9th round and scoring 6 points. Andreasyan is receiving the championship title for the third time and has been granted the right to play for the Armenian national team.
Three chess players, including last year's winner Anahit Kharatyan, Lia Martirosyan and Narine Gasparyan each scored 4.5 points and were in 2nd-4th places with additional coefficients.
