Shot and fled the scene
On January 20 at 1:30 a.m. police officers of the state maintenance department pulled over a Mercedes TS 280 near "Ayrarat" cinema, but the driver ignored the officers.
The car was pulled over in the traffic zone near building #37 on Tigran Mets Avenue, after which driver of the Mercedes TS 280 opened fire with an unknown type of gun, left his car and fled the scene.
A criminal case under Part 2, Article 316 of the RA Penal Code has been brought up.
The facts are being cleared up and preliminary investigation is underway.
