Minister Ohanyan awards outgoing Ambassador of Bulgaria
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received Friday the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to Armenia, Thodor Staykov.
Minister Ohanyan thanked the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of Armenian-Bulgarian cooperation and awarded him with "Marshal Baghramyan" Memorial Medal. Seyran Ohanyan also wished Thodor Staykov success in his future activity.
