Pensions will still be brought home
Pensioners will continue to receive their pensions in the same order, as Head of the Department of Pension Insurance of the State Service for Social Security Ashot Abrahamyan told "A1+". According to him, those pensioners without addresses can receive their pensions from the post office.
They can submit only a passport and their social security cards will be necessary only if their data are not fixed.
Ashot Abrahamyan also said there will be no transfer to the card system this year.
The office of Head of the State Service for Labor and Social Security is still vacant. Let us remind that on 17 December Vazgen Khachikyan was dismissed from office by Tigran Sargsyan's decree.
The government's news department confirmed that nobody has been appointed to that office yet and there was no word about potential candidates.
