Artsakh President visits NSS Headquarters
On December 20, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited the central headquarters of National Security Service on the occasion of the Day of National Security Service.
NSS Head Viktor Kocharyan delivered a report on the activities carried out in 2010.
The President congratulated the servicemen on their professional holiday and gave concrete instructions to the leadership of the structure.
Attorney-General Arshavir Gharamyan, head of the Police Robert Shaferyan, Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan also congratulated the servicemen on the holiday.
