20 convicts granted pardon
On December 8, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on granting pardon to 20 convicts.
According to the Presidential decree, twenty-two individuals were granted partial pardon.
Pardon applications of 103 convicts were turned down due to the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from places of imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports
