Border violation
Citizen of Armavir city Rustam P. (born in 1978) was arrested in Bagratashen village. According to the press service of the RA Police, Rustam P. illegally crossed the RA state border through the Bagratashen village sector, that is, the Debed River.
Rustam P. had been under persecution and was charged under Part 1, Article 113 of the RA Criminal Code (purposefully causing damage of average gravity to health).
Rustam P. is in prison and investigation is underway.
