Consultation with Ambassadors
On December 6, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan held a consultation with Armenia's Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives accredited in European countries and international organizations during his transit visit to Paris.
Minister Nalbandyan presented Armenia's cooperation with the European Union, as well as assigned the heads of Armenia's diplomatic representations to be more involved within European organizations and to deepen cooperation with European organizations. Views were exchanged on the 11th sitting of the Armenia-EU Council to be held in Brussels on December 7.
During the meeting, the results of the OSCE Summit held in Astana on December 1-2 were discussed.
Armenia's Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives presented the processes taking place in the countries and international organizations in which they are accredited and the perspectives of development of relations with Armenia. The high-ranking diplomats discussed a number of regional and international issues in detail. On December 7, the Armenian delegation headed by Edward Nalbandyan will take part in the 11th sitting of the Armenia-EU Council in Brussels. The delegation includes Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Ghazinyan, Deputy Minister of Justice Nikolay Arustamyan and Deputy Minister of Economy Mushegh Tumasyan.
On December 8, the Armenian Foreign Minister will leave from Brussels for Moscow where he will participate in the sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of CSTO and CIS-member states.
