Swiss Ambassador hands over his credentials
The newly appointed Ambassador of Switzerland to Armenia, Günther Baechler (seat in Tbilisi) presented the copies of his credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
Minister Nalbandian expressed confidence that Günther Baechler would contribute to the deepening of friendly relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Baechler assured he would do his best to further cement Armenian-Swiss relations.
During the meeting, reference was made to the cooperation between Armenia and Switzerland within the framework of international organizations.
The interlocutors exchanged views on a number of international issues.
