Aliyev, Sargsyan meeting canceled in Astana
Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan did not in Astana.
According to some verified sources, Aliev refused to attend the meeting after noticing certain "messages" in the speeches of Russian, French and U.S. representatives, which did not derive from the interests of Azerbaijan.
They all stressed that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved based on non-use of force or threat of force, territorial integrity and self-determination, as well six provisions e announced by Presidents of U.S., Russia and France.
In his speech, Aliev accused Armenians of slaughtering Azerbaijanis.
After his speech, Aliev refused to have a tête-à-tête meeting with his Armenian counterpart.
The two Presidents were expected to meet on the margins of the OSCE Summit in Astana
