Support A1+!The RA Ombudsman's Staff has received a number of alarms regarding limits that the RA law-enforcement bodies are setting on people's right to receive legal assistance and to have an attorney when they are arrested.
Taking the above mentioned into account, Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan calls on defending the RA Constitution, the demands of the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Liberties, as well as the precedents of judicial acts of the European Court of Human Rights and the RA Cassation Court.
