Special tariff plan for soldiers
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan has signed a decree that regulates the rules for soldiers to use mobile phones in the army.
According to a release by the Defense Ministry, from now on Armenian temporary soldiers can make phone calls to their relatives at specific hours of the day.
The Ministry signed an agreement with VivaCell-MTS company, under which outgoing calls of servicemen will be free of charge, while the party receiving the call will pay for the conversation.
