NATO appoints new Envoy for South Caucasus and Central Asia
NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia has been changed, Azerbaijani media report.
James Appathurai will substitute Robert Simmons from December 1.
Robert Simmons has worked in the post for seven years. The decision to have a special representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia was made in Istanbul in 2004.
