Persecuted transferred to Armenia
The operative group of the general department of criminal investigation of RA Police has transferred Andranik K. (born in 1968) to Armenia on a flight from Moscow to Yerevan.
Andranik K. had been under persecution under the charge of Part 1 (Rape), Article 138 of the RA Criminal Code by the Shengavit police division since April 17, 2004.
Imprisonment has been chosen as the precautionary measure.
Andranik K. was presented to the officers at the Shengavit police division.
