Azerbaijan is a threat
"The start of attacks on the line of contact is a flagrant violation of the status-quo. The side that commits such violations, meaning Azerbaijan in this case, is a serious threat to peace," said deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma's committee on the CIS and compatriots, Head of the Institute of CIS countries Konstantin Zatulin at the National Assembly.
"The danger of the restart of a war is hanging in the air," said Zatulin, taking into account the recent tension on the line of contact. According to him, Russia is not interested in a new war and is concerned about the declarations regarding the restart of war.
