“Document will be signed in Astana”
"Astana will be the city that will be a breaking for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," said leader of the "Hanrapetutyun" Party Aram Sargsyan. He criticized the Armenian authorities as he touched upon issues related to foreign policy.
