RA President receives French Ambassador
The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Henri Reynaud presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President congratulated the Ambassador on appointment and wished him success throughout his mission in our country. He noted that the high level of relations between Armenia and France obliges the Ambassadors of the two countries to contribute to the further deepening of bilateral ties.
The Ambassador assured he would spare no effort to continue the mission of reinforcing relations between the two friendly countries.
The interlocutors attached importance to the development of economic ties, decentralized cooperation, reinforcement of inter-parliamentary ties and collaboration within the International Organization of the Francophonie.
Taking into consideration the role of France in EU structures, President Sargsyan and Ambassador Reynaud emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries within eh framework of the European Union.
