To receive pensions from any bank
The government has confirmed the order of pension payment, as well as the sample forms of applications for payment service signed between the authorized body and the bank and the prepaid service agreement signed between the authorized body and the organization making the payment.
According to the prime minister, this is an important step on the road toward implementation of pension reforms because it allows trade banks to serve pensioners as well. The pensioners can open bank accounts in any bank and the government will give them a free card for that purpose. Taking cash money from the bank will be free-of-charge as well.
"Armenicum" on the list
The government has included HIV/AIDS, "Armenicum" and/or other equivalent drugs in the list of the decision on "Confirming the lists of social groups of the population with the right to acquire free or special drugs and illnesses".
5,151,472 drams for the police
By another decision, the government has allocated 5,151,472 drams to the RA Police to maintain the cemetery of pesticides in Nubarashen.
The government is against
The government examined the draft law on making changes in the RA Law on "Minimum monthly salary" presented by a group of MPs by the order of legislative initiative. The draft law proposes setting the minimum salary at 45,000 drams. The government has already decided to turn the current 30,000 drams ot 32,500. Based on the government's conclusion, the government is against the approval of the deputies' proposal because it will infringe upon the macroeconomic stability and lead to additional expenditures.
Dallakyan denied
MP Victor Dallakyan's draft law on making changes in the RA Law on "Public Education" presented by the order of legislative initiative was denied as well. The draft law proposes making children wear school uniforms.
The mentioned draft laws and the government's conclusions will be presented to the RA National Assembly by prescribed order.
Special election
The government has decided to terminate the powers of the head of the Maxenis rural community in Gegharkunik province. It has scheduled and held a special election for the head of the community and has funded the preparation and holding of the election.
