Armenia to return Azerbaijani citizen
In line with the agreement reached during the Astrakhan meeting between the Presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who illegally crossed the Armenian border in 2010, will be returned to the Azerbaijani side on November 4 on the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line, on the Ijevan-Ghazakh road.
In accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law, the name of the Azerbaijani citizen will not be made public, reports the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
