Consultation
President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convened a working consultation with the heads of regional governments on November 2 to discuss issues related to the social-economic state in the country and the 2011 state budget formation.
The head of state mentioned that the development of the regions serves as a basis for the social-economic progress and underlined the regional governments' active participation in the budget formation.
According to Bako Sahakyan, the programs to be implemented must be realistic and reflect the main directions for development of the regions and the republic.
Participating in the consultation were Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other government officials.
