New press secretary
By the decree of the RA Minister of Defense, David Karapetyan has been removed from the post of chief expert of the department of defense policies at the RA Ministry of Defense and has been appointed press secretary of the minister of defense.
David Karapetyan is an expert of Eastern Studies and international affairs. In 2003, he received his Bachelor's with honors from the Faculty of Eastern Studies at Yerevan State University, his Master's in 2005 and a Master's in International Affairs at the Panteon-Asas University of Paris.
Karapetyan is a professor at the French University of Armenia and is fluent in English, French, Persian and Russian.
