Azerbaijanis kill another soldier on contact line
NKR army private Harut Grigoryan, 1990, was wounded to death in a ceasefire violation on October 26.
According to the NKR MoD, at 4:45, the Azeri side violated the truce along the line of contact between NKR and Azeri armed forces, aiming intense submachine-gun fire at the position of Martakert.
The RA Ministry of Defense condemns the act of sabotage on the threshold of the meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents and immediately after the OSCE monitoring on the contact line.
The Ministry extends condolences to the relatives of Harut Grigoryan and condemns Azerbaijani actions to destabilize the situation on the contact line.
"Azerbaijan must be held responsible forthe act of sabotage," reads a Ministry statement.
