NCTR opens packages

On October 27, the RA National Commission on Television and Radio is scheduled to open the packages of nine TV Companies bidding for digital broadcast licenses.

In the first half of the day, NCTR will study the programmes of five contestants in the following order Armenia TV, Shant, second Armenian TV Channel Company (H2), Kentron and Yerkir Media.

Ansver Ltd will submit its own program.

In the second half of the day, NCTR will study the programs of A-TV, ALM Holding and Yerevan.

NCTR will continue hearing the contestants' bids on October 28 and 29. In particular, on October 28 the Commission will publish the bids of nine TV companies, including a regional TV company.

Among the contestants is embattled A1+ which attempts to regain broadcasting license.

Packages will be opened from 10.45 to 11.15.

Each contestant is given 30 minutes present its program regardless of the number of bidders.
