A new underground parking lot
The RA Government has allowed the RA Ministry of Economy to sign construction agreements with "Yerevanshin GAM" LTD.
An underground parking lot will be built in the basement and under the floor atached to the buiding located on Mher Mkrtchyan 5 Street, which is handed to the state governmental institution "Staff of the RA Ministry of Economy".
The construction will be implemented by the company for at least 120,000,000 AMD. In exchange for construction, the company will have no more than 10 parking spaces for 25 years with the right to free use.
