The HAK rally has already started at the Matenadaran and the HAK leaders, including Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Stepan Demirchyan, Aram Sargsyan, Gagik Jhangiryan and others are already at the rostrum.
HAK coordinator Levon Zurabyan, who is also heading the rally, informed that Levon Ter-Petrosyan has met with PACE Co-Rapporteur on Armenia John Prescott and has presented the HAK's demands.
The demonstrators gave warm rounds of applause after Levon Zurabyan stated that one of the first demands was the release of political prisoners. They interrupted Zohrabyan's speech with calls of "Freedom for political prisoners" and "Now, Now".
They responded in the same way after hearing the other demands related to the revelation of the murders of March 1 and the reopening of "A1+" TV.
