Thirty-four organizations will hold a Civil Assembly at the large auditorium of the Writers' Union of Armenia on October 21.

"Today, both Armenian states are facing more and more foreign challenges, especially the danger of realization of the Madrid Principles and security in Armenia and Artsakh. With that said, we representatives of civil societies of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh cannot turn a cheek to the issues related to Artsakh and are convening a Civil Assembly to discuss a broad range of issues with an agenda entitled "Artsakh"," as stated in the declaration.

The representatives say they get the impression that the government has not developed a state concept on the development, strengthening and international recognition of independent Artsakh or a strategy related to the type and nature of influence and relations between Armenia and Artsakh.
