Kocharyan has no ties to “Pzo”
The Office of Armenian second President Robert Kocharyan denies allegations on ex-President's connections with Armen Khazarian (nicknamed Pzo) who was arrested last week in the USA for medical fraud charges.
"Naturally, I deny such allegations, and it is not the first time I have been denying", Victor Soghomonyan, head of the office of Armenia's second president, told to RFE / RL
Soghomonyan also denied that Armen Khazarian attended the wedding ceremony of Robert Kocharyan's son, Sedrak Kocharyan.
"I have even received photos to identify, but it was a completely different person in the photos," he said.
