ARF delegates are in Baku
ARF-Dashnaktsutyun delegates are already in Baku. As ARF Spokesman Spartak Seiranyan told A1+, the delegation will participate in a meeting of the Socialist International Committee for the CIS, the Caucasus and the Black Sea on October 11-12. The Azerbaijani side has already given its agreement.
Participation of the ARF delegation in the meeting was uncertain as the Tbilisi office of the Azerbaijani Airlines AZAL, the Tbilisi office of Azerbaijani Airlines demanded consent of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs or of the Embassy of Azerbaijan for selling tickets to ARF members.
The Armenian delegation is comprised of ARF-D Bureau member Mario Nalpantyan and head of the ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Kiro Manoyan.
