On 8 October President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed an order according to which the working group formed by the order of the President signed on February 1, 2008 for elaborating the concept of reforms in the legal sphere and preparing necessary legislative package was edited with the following composition:

Mher Arstamyan, director of the "Artsakh Republic Laboratory of judicial examinations" non-commercial organization

Ararat Danielyan, adviser to the President of Artsakh Republic
Armen Isagulov, adviser to the President of Artsakh Republic
Arayik Lazaryan, head of the legal department of the Artsakh Republic President's office
