Rafael Papayan died
Member of the RA Constitutional Court Rafael Papayan died last night at the age of 68. He suffered from cancer.
On the occasion of his death, RA Prime Minister has taken the decision to create a governmental commission headed by President of the RA Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan.
The Commission informs that Rafael Papayan's requiem will be held on October 6 at 6 p.m. at St. Hovhannes Church located on Kond Kozerni 15 Street in Yerevan.
The funeral procession will start on October 7 at 2 p.m. at the same place.
