Fund's charter to be changed
Today the Board of Trustees of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia held its subsequent session headed by RA Prime Minister, chairman of the board Tigran Sargsyan.
Director of the Fund Tigran Khanikyan delivered a report on making changes in the Board of Trustees and the Fund's charter and the changes were approved by all board members. The Prime Minister placed importance on including a representative of the RA Ministry of Economy as a member of the board and assigned to make changes in the Fund's charter.
The board also reconfirmed the powers of members of the Investment Committee of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia.
The board also exchanged views on future plans and actions.
