HCAV vs. MoD
Support A1+!The RA Administrative Court is due to hear the lawsuit filed by the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor (HCAV) office against the Ministry of Defense behind closed doors on October 4.
On February 10, 2010, in line with the RA Law on Freedom of Information, HCAV requested the MoD to provide information about conscripts and contract servicemen who died in the RA Armed Forces in 2009.
The Ministry refused the request saying the information was confidential.
The court sitting starts at 4:00.
