"Lusakert Poultry Factory" will be fined
The "Lusakert Poultry Factory" will be punished for violation of the law.
Press speaker for the RA State Commission on Protection of Economic Competition Nelly Danielyan told "A1+" that the factory is selling eggs without a trademark in stores.
The factory is not selling eggs without a trademark for the first time. On July 28, "Lusakert" received a 500,000 dram fine for the same violation.
The RA State Commission on Protection of Economic Competition had assigned the company to return the eggs within 20 days and sell them after placing a trademark. On September 16, members of the Commission inspected stores and found that the company is still selling the eggs without a trademark.
Tomorrow the members of the RA State Commission on Protection of Economic Competition will determine how much they will fine "Lusakert Family Poultry Factory" this time. "Since it is the second time, the fine will be more than 500,000 drams," said Nelly Danielyan.
