The RA Minsitry of Defence has revealed new details on the scandalous Youtube video showing acts of violence in the Armenian army.

under the influence of alcohol Major Sasun Galstyan beat and teased servicemen Garik Harutyunyan and Bakur Eghikyan on Sept. 13, 2010.

A criminal case has been instituted in the Investigation department of the RA MoD.

Sasun Galstyan is charged under Article 375 of the RA Criminal Code and is taken under arrest.

Preliminary inquiry is in process.
