Serzh Sargsyan: “We are not like that”
"We always say that man is the most important value for us and I would like to add that the other most important value is a distinguished person," said today Serzh Sargsyan.
Serzh Sargsyan presented high-level state awards on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Armenia's independence. Congratulating the winners, Serzh Sargsyan said: "We are grateful to all those individuals who are completing their activities with their talent, diligence, responsibility and, in many cases, perhaps those people are not appreciated as they should be. But in the end, a person's good, honest work must be appreciated."
We have never evaded challenges because to evade challenges means to give up and we are not like that," Serzh Sargsyan emphasized.
