Yerevan's Administrative Court denied the HHSh's (Armenian National Movement) appeal against Yerevan Municipality.
The Armenian National Movement demanded that the court acknowledge Yerevan Municipality's decision to prohibit the September 28 rally at Freedom Square as invalid.
Judge Karine Baghdasaryan said Yerevan Municipality's reasoning that rehearsals for the Erebuni-Erevan celebration are going to be held on the same day and the same hour are grounded.
According to lawyer Vahe Hovsepyan, the court's ruling is groundless.
