Ahead of NATO’s drills
The government has decided to allocate 20,240.0 thousand drams to Armenia's Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations to cover expenses for the arrival, parking and service of NATO's two Boeing-707 planes, Russia's IL-76 and Kazakhstan's IL-76 plane, which will transfer the staff and equipment to Armenia for the "Armenia-2010" rescue field drills. The drills will be held from September 11 to 17 according to NATO's "Partnership for Peace" program.
Embassies to be established
The Armenian government has given consent to the draft decrees of the RA President on "Establishing RA embassies in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (residence in Haaga) and Japan (residence in Tokyo)".
On vacation
The government has changed and made additions to one of the previously adopted resolutions according to which the duration of additional vacation is fixed according to working days, while the additional annual vacation for librarians working for five or six days is separated.
Saturday is a work day
According to RA legislation, the government has moved the working day of 2010 September 20 to Saturday, September 11, 2010. September 21 is Armenia's Independence Day and is not a working day.
