The court denied
Judge of the Administrative Court of Yerevan Artsrun Mirzoyan denied HAK's (Armenian National Congress) appeal filed against the decision of Yerevan Municipality.
On August 30, HAK had appealed to Yerevan Municipality to hold a rally at Freedom Square on September 17. The Municipality had denied the appeal, saying that there was another event scheduled for that day.
