HAK is against NKR recognition
"It is already two years and a half there are rumors on Robert Kocahrian's plans to return and form a third power but I see no changes," Coordinator of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Zurabyan told a press conference on September 3.
Anyway, the opposition is ready to welcome any force which will support the Congress in its struggle, he added.
Zurabyan reiterated that pre-term elections are important to improve the political situation in the country.
Speaking about the recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic by Armenia, Levon Zurabyan said that Armenia should take efforts to achieve the international recognition of NKR.
"If today Armenia recognizes NKR independence, the international community will view it as a challenge and will respond adequately supporting Azerbaijan," said Zurabyan adding that the most important thing to do is to populate and prosper Karabakh.
