Within the framework of a working visit to Artsakh, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited Stepanakert's School N1 escorted by NKR President Bako Sahakyan, Executive Director of Hayastan All Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan and other officials.

"Azerbaijan seizes every opportunity to put forward new resolutions in the UNO and other international structures thus lulling the international community. How long will Azerbaijan continue its policy? When will Azerbaijan finally understand that this is another Republic and they have nothing to do with us?" one of the teachers asked the Armenian president.

"You had better address the question to Aliyev as I cannot take responsibility for Azerbaijan's policy. I am only responsible for Armenia's policy. On the other hand, I am surprised that Azerbaijani actions bewilder and annoy you. Yu may be annoyed but your anxiety should not affect your activity, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was quoted as saying.

Speaking about the resolution to be presented in the UN General Assembly session in early September, Serzh Sargsyan said that the adoption of the document will not bring significant changes in the political, economic and security spheres of Armenia and Artsakh.

"A number of countries will likely vote for the resolution, including those which are on good terms with Azerbaijan. First of all, I mean member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC). I am convinced that all countries that want the Karabakh conflict to be settled in a peaceful way will vote against the resolution or at least they will abstain from the vote since they realize that such a resolution will not benefit the negotiation process. Besides, I think that many understand today that Azerbaijan is making another blunder and we must make use of Azerbaijan's mistake to achieve our goals. Armenia will take steps to come closer to its aim."
