Two questions to PM Tigran Sargsyan
Deputies of the Heritage parliamentary group have addressed two questions to Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. One of them concerns the illegal construction of a hydro-electric station on the riverbed of Argitchi River. Head of Heritage parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan demands to sue "Zangezour Eximp" Company which is realizing the illegal construction and to reveal the owner of the planned station which will divert water from the Gayladzor tributary from five rural communities
Deputy Anahit Bakhshyan inquires how the articles recognized anti-constitutional appeared in the new Labour Code and how they will be enforced. Besides, under the amended Labour Code Articles 210 and 211 [which foresee guarantees and compensation if a person passes to a new job or changes his workplace] were considered null and void. She wonders how people will be compensated in future when they are transferred to another work.
