The variance between the Heritage Party and the Prosecutor General seems to be endless.

Yesterday the party issued a statement claiming that the preliminary investigation into the case on a protest demonstration of 19 July by residents of five communities of Gegharkunik Marz and the press release concerning Heritage's official letter of August 25 which is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's office greatly differ from the one which appeared in the press.

As reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's office, on August 25 when the statement was released, no decision was taken to dismiss the criminal case. When the office received the information, it appeared in the press and was posted on the website of the Prosecutor General on August 26.

"There is no need to seek artificial contradictions," the Prosecutor's Office advised the Heritage.
