K. Rubinyan: “I beg your pardon”
The newly-elected chairman of the Armenian Pan-National Movement Party (HHSh), Aram Manukyan, and former HHSh member Karapet Rubinyan spread announcements which we post without comments.
Announcement - 1
The newly-elected administration of the Armenian Pan-National Movement Party has considered all opinions and complaints expressed after the HHSh 16th congress.
In particular, the administration held private meetings and discussions with HHSh member Karapet Rubinyan.
I feel pity that during preparatory works the organizational committee made some organization mistakes which offended our party members.

I am satisfied with the recent discussions with the newly-elected administration of the Armenian Pan-National Movement Party. During the meeting, I became convinced that the misunderstanding was resulted by organizational drawbacks rather than a deliberate plot targeted at a definite person.
Unfortunately, the drawbacks made me express irrelevant accusations in address to Levon Ter-Petrosyan for which I apologize now.
I consider Mr. Manukyan's statement as the beginning of new, liberal-democratic reforms in the party and wish success to my former teammates in their work.
