Ankara expressed its discontent over Clinton’s visit to Genocide Memoria
Before leaving Yerevan for Tbilisi, which was the final stop on her five-country diplomacy tour, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial where she laid flowers at the Eternal Flame.
Official Ankara today commented on Hilary Clinton's visit to the Genocide Memorial.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that though the visit was a private one, Turkey had already expressed its discontent to the USA over the issue, Turkish Anadolu new Agency reports.
"We have already expressed our concerns over the visit to the White House," the Turkish FM said.
