The preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on using violence against a representative of authorities and committing hooliganism has been completed in the RA Special Investigation Service. The prosecutor supervising the preliminary investigation of the criminal case approved the bill of indictment.

During the preliminary investigation it turned out that at about 06:00 p.m., May 31, 2010, David Kiramijyan had a quarrel with a passer-by V. Tadevoyan near the monument to Martiros Saryan, used violence against him by hitting the latter on different parts of the body.

The Section Leader of the Patrol and Inspection Service A. Baghdasaryan and other employees of the Police interfered and managed to stop D. Kiramijyan's and the others' hooliganism.

S. Gevorgyan used violence against the representative of authorities, a policeman of the Patrol and Inspection Service A. Baghdasaryan not dangerous for life and health by brawling the latter and tearing his shoulder strap while the policemen were trying to take D. Kiramijyan to the police station in connection with the committed offence.

On the obtained evidence D. Kiramijyan has been charged according to the RA Criminal Code Article 258, part 3, point 1 and S. Gevorgyan Article 316, part 1. The criminal case has been sent to the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts for the detailed investigation.
